Question: 1 more year left help!!?
1 more year im in the marine buissnuiss!.!.can't leave it untill like 6 years and im fast athletic!.!.and sneaky as well as a tactical dude my self!.!.!.its just when i get hurt i just spaz out!!.!.for example 2 days ago i bumped my knee once and just go so angry i through the chair across the room!.!.now think of me getting shot by a bullet or two!!! Lol i might run on a rampage in da open!.!. running to my own death!.!.how do i get my self calm from this situation!.!.and should i still go for it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you have rage issues buddy!. Okay when you first feel the pain breathe deep breathes!. Hit the ground if you have to!. I know what its like man im bi-polar and pain sets me off big time!. I would go and see the company psychiatrist and talk about this anger problem!. There may be an anger management group you could join!. Meanwhile calming things like: stop drinking caffeine, stop smoking, breathe deep (like drawing in a drag off a cig or a joint) as often as you can!.!.!.all the way to the bottom of your belly!. Pray and spend time listening for God's answers!. Count to 10, really, it helps!. Write in a journal after every outburst!.!.!.what were you doing before the outburst, what were you thinking, what were you feeling and how was your spiritual life!. This will help you see it coming on sooner and sooner and therefore be able to take steps to stop the uproar!. If you do all of this, you may be able to stick out that last year okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
