How do you explain bi-polar to your spouse?!

Question: How do you explain bi-polar to your spouse!?
I was recently diagnosed with bi-polar and have been having a hard time trying to explain my feelings to my spouse!. She automatically thinks I am in a bad mood if I act the slightest bit different!. The small things that never used to bother me now are hard to let go and we have a hard time to come to an understanding on things!. I know it is hard for her also but I am having a hard time as well and cant seem to tell her how it feels without being accused of being in a poor mood!. I have also picked up new hobbies that help relax me but are unacceptable in her mind!. I always felt that if it didnt hurt anybody else or myself what was wrong with it!. She has seen for herself that it does have a calming effect on me but still she says its wrong to do!. I dont drink or do drugs and this is the only thing I do to try to help relax myself and it does work!. I cant explain how it came about but I found that wearing a bra helps me feel more calm and relaxed and I feel more secure about myself!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on which head you have on at the time!. There is nothing wrong with cross-dressing, but your wife might not see it that way!. I defy any man to deny that they have never tried on their wife or girlfriend's bra out of curiosity!
My wife never wears a bra, except for work!. But I think that she would probably be worried if I started to wear one!. Maybe you are bi-sexual as opposed to bi-polar!. Maybe not!.
Not so long ago, a friend of mine accused me of being bi-polar, simply because I wouldn't agree with him, and other friends!
The term has, unfortunately become a catchphrase in the last few years; created by overpaid psychiatrists and counsellors who cannot even sort their own private lives out and resort to 'solving' other peoples 'problems'!. My advice is that if you cannot tell your wife how you feel, write it down and walk the dog, while she reads it!.
That way, she cannot interrupt what you are trying to tell her from your heart and will probably reflect on all the other things you have tried to say before!.
PS: Having tried putting on a bra once, I thought to myself, this must be a woman's equivalent to us having to shave every morning!. Pain in the neck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
