Question: Is it possible to be become depressed if u are under a lot of stress!?
there are loads of things going on in my life right now that i hate!. If i am under a lot of stress for too long can i actually become properly clinically depressedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Most definitely!.!.!.A few years back I just about lost it, intense course load, tennis everyday, working 30+ hours a week, and barely getting 4 hours a sleep a night!. After a while I had a severe panic attack, I still remember that day, my parents thought I was going to take my life so they called the cops and rushed me to the emergency room at 2 a!.m!. where the doc asked me a questions and I was so out of it I gave him the wrong birthday!. It was crazy, but I'm in such a better place today, I started talking to someone just once a month and am now on prozac, which really helps! Wish you luck! btw I was only 16, so even if your young you owe it to yourself to get help:]Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your chemical make-up is already there in your brain, then yes stress can play a big part in triggering an in balance, the more stress your under, the more likely, an in balance can occur at any point in your life, two many changes at one time in your life can be a triggering factor also, or a death, or a Major surgery, or eating disorder, any thing that brings unwanted change can contributeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Look into something that would relive stress for you!.
For me art, music, crafts!. That's just my cup of tea, but its helpful to find something you love and can put your whole heart and soul into!. It really helps!.

Stress is linked to depression!. You will have to sort out the things in your life that you "hate" and eliminate them or at least make things more manageable!. You are in control of your life and only you can change things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
