How do I get over this depressed feeling when I quit smoking cold turkey?!


Question: How do I get over this depressed feeling when I quit smoking cold turkey!?
I can't afford any prescription drugs, or let alone smoking anymore!. Is there any herbs or natural things to help!? And will this eventually pass on it's own!?

Quitting smoking is very challening!. You could try a L-tyrosine supplement which helped me tremendously! smoking depletes dopamine as well as norepinephrine overtime and L-tyrosine is the building block for these neurotransmitters!. It has helped me and my 2 brothers quit for good! It is also fairly cheap maybe 10 bucks a bottle!.!.!.!.well here in canada anyways!. I've tried just about every method there is out there and there is only one I can recommend - NLP! It eliminates the cravings!.
Gum patches and all the other just did not cut it for me, not to mention cold turkey which was the hardest, I even tried the electric cig and it is just no match to the real thing!.
