Your therapist will probably be very concerned and ask you why you did it!. If you explain that you don't want to increase your meds and would rather just talk about it, your therapist should understand!. A good therapist will help you work on the issue before upping the meds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your therapist will want to talk about why you cut your hand and how your feeling,and help you deal with that!.She/he should help you deal with this in a way your comfortable with though,you shouldint have to take medication your not comfortable with,its your body!.Talk about anything your worried about with her though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im a cutter and im on meds!. i dont tell my therpist that i cut but my mom think i should!. when they first told me that i had to be on medication because i did that, i didn't take them for a month!. but you have to understand sweetie that they're going to help you!. i was 13 when i first start cutting!. and im 15 and i still do it!. you therpist will probably ask you simply questions like "why you did you do that!?" or " what was on your mind!?" or " do you think the medication is helping you!?" those are the type of questions mine do!. hope i helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
