if you feel the most comfortable telling your teacher that you harm yourself!. then by all means tell her if thats the most easiest for you!. its not wrong for you to feel this way or do it (and i know peopl ewill disagree with me abou that!.!.) but its more wrong to not tell anyone and have something happen to you even if all you wanted to do was just cut a little and have people find out and blame themselves and miss you deeply!.
you can get thru this!. keep talking to your teacher if thats hwo you can talk to!. if you need to, write me! i have dealt with alot in terms of self harm and all that stuff!.

Poor Scooby Doo!
What ever's happening in your life doesn't mean you should hurt yourself because of it!.

You've got years and years ahead of you and you've got to help yourself stop!.

If you can trust your teacher you should tell her - don't be afraid, she's there to help you personally as well as academically!.

There are support group and organisations you can contact if you want someone to talk to,,, Childline or Samaritans are examples!.

Hell - you can even message me if you want someone to talk to - just don't punish yourself for something you can talk about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a pretty big deal!. It's great that you trust your teacher this much, but I think you should ask to talk to her after school or during a study hall, when you have more time!. That way, it'll give your teacher a little time to swallow the news and give her time to think about how to help you!. Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,

I have seen a lot of ur other questions!. So first, I'm sorry for what ur going through!. But nothing will improve until you try very hard to stop feeling bad!.!.!. I know that sounds easier said than done, but you should try to just let it go!.!.!. Hurting yourself is not the answer!. If you think it will make you feel good to tell someone you trust, then tell them!. it doesn't matter who, as long as it calms you down and stops you from harm yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should tell someone!. And if you feel comfortable and secure telling your teacher, then you should!. She will help you through this rough time!. Trust that she will help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please talk to someone!. It sounds like you trust this teacher and I think it's a great a idea!. I hope everything works out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you do , then you're going to ruin your future!. Good luck getting a goverment job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

She will be required (yes, required) to inform some higher authorities, who will then most likely call your parents in for a conference, as well as one (if not several, depending on how many they can get) counselor to sit down and talk with you!. If you go to a public school, they will try to cover their asses as soon as possible, so if your reasons for hurting yourself include any events that take place at school, they will make those out to be your fault ("Why didn't you tell a teacher!? You should have told a teacher!. You could have ended that a lot sooner!. We take things like this very seriously!.")!. Depending on the interpretation of how eminent any danger to you might be, the school might also call in some cops, just in case they decide they need to haul you away to jail "for your own protection!."

Do yourself a favor: don't tell anyone in any sort of position like teacher or priest or anything, because they will be required by law to report these things to people of "appropriate authority!." Just tell your parents; they are the only people who are not required by law to do anything, but love you enough to get you the REAL help you need!. I wish you all the luck and love in the world!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well first of all thank you for asking this question! You are making the right steps already! I am glad you see it as a problem and have only being doing it recently because this means you have a better chance of recovery :) It is always hard getting enough confidence to tell someone you trust about problems you are having, if you trust your maths teacher then definitely do this in the 5 minutes you stay behind!. She will help you before you hurt yourself!. PLEASE don't cut again it is an addiction, the more you cut the more you feel the need to do it, talk to someone!.

You can do it I have been in a similar situation with bulimia it is a great feeling getting it off your chest and to have others helping you!

Don't suffer in silence, tell someone, I hope I helped

I agree with another comment on here in the sense that it's great you can recognise this as an issue that needs to end!.
I think talking to an older adult figure who you trust and feel comfortable with is a good idea, and if that's your teacher then that's fine!. Hopefully they'll understand and can give you some advice or even ideas of how to get help or who else to speak to, without it being such a burden on them!.
It's not unheard of, as I've had friends who have spoken to teachers about personal issues such as self-harming!. I think it's good that you have this closeness with this teacher and feel you could talk with them about it!.
All the best to you though and I hope everything works out for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
