Think about a future event that you are excited about!. Just thinking about it will brighten your mood!.

Ride your bike around the neighborhood!.

Learn how to do something!. It could be anything!. Maybe learn a couple phrases in a new language or something like that!.

Play your instrument (if you know how to play an instrument)

Set a small but significant goal (or a goal that is a step toward something bigger) and complete the task!.!.!.you will feel productive and empowered!.

Go hang out with a kid or a mentally challenged person!. They always brighten my day!. These folks are primarily shameless and honest and live in the moment!. They aren't trying so hard to be cool that they can't show their feelings!.
