Question: Does Zoloft kill off other emotions besides depression!?
I'm going to try to sleep!. I kind of need to know if anti-depressants do kill off other emotions because this seems to be a better solution than some other ideas i've had in the past!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was on Zoloft for about 6 months at one point!. I didn't notice my emotions being numbed out, but what i did notice was that i wasn't as creative as usual!.
I basically got artists block (like writers block, but with art)!.
Everyone is different and everyone will react differently to the medication if at all!.
It is a reported side effect that some anti-depressants may cause "numbing" of your emotions, though the new medications are reported to have less of this effect!.
I got this information after talking to my psychiatrist about antidepressants in general!.

Zoloft will not kill off any other emotions except depression!. But it will help OCD and help you sleep better!. I'm on 100mg and i haven't noticed much change in depression but it did help me sleep better!. But your other emotions will be affected in no way!. hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
