How to get rid of a stalker?!

Question: How to get rid of a stalker!?
There's a guy in my class who's been really friendly lately!. It's odd because we're in 12th grade and he ignored me until now!.
This guy has been sending me text messages and instant messages on yahoo!. He doesn't talk to me much at school, but he sends a bunch of heart emoticons and messages when I come home!.
He showed numerous signs that he likes me or is in love with me, but he's not my type, at all and I don't like him as a guy!.
This weekend I closed my mobile phone because I was overwhelmed with the messages and annoyed by them but I had to speak to a teacher earlier concerning a school matter and after that, the boy sent me a message saying: "Go outside because I want to serenade you"!.
It was 10 P!.M!.!! (note: I live in a different time zone)
First I thought he was kidding, so I just told him that I had just washed my hair and didn't want to catch a cold and he kept texting me!.
"Is he for real!?" I thought, and told my mum!.
She went outside and saw 3 guys walking around!. She came back inside and told me!.
So it was that guy with two of his friends (I don't know who they were)!.!.!.
This really creeped me out!.
I texted him back saying that my mum saw them and he said: "Well I had no business with your mum, but with you!" and cursed a little!.
But he didn't tell me he brought some friends along with him!.
I think they're gone now!.
I read all the messages to my mum and I didn't answer his messages anymore!. I didn't go outside tonight because I couldn't trust those guys!.
My dad was infuriated as well and told me he's going to file a complaint if he doesn't leave me alone!.
LOL the boy just turned 18 and is still stupid and immature so I don't want him to get into trouble with the police :|
What should I tell him tomorrow at school, exactly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
He is not stalking you because you haven't told him to stop!.

You need to speak to this person and advise him that you are NOT interested in him, and if he continues to send you messages, and coming to your house, then you will take "whatever actions are appropriate"!.

Make sure not to threaten to call the cops or anything, or say that your dad will call the cops!. You can't THREATEN to call the cops!. Threatening to call the cops, or Threatening ANYTHING is an illegal action on your part!. Make sure you are aware of this!. Ignorance of the law is no defence!. You certainly don't want to start threatening this guy and have the cops coming and speaking with YOU, and telling YOU to stop harassing HIM !!!!

You can only tell him you will take whatever actions are appropriate to deal with the situation!.

If he continues to send messages, or come to your house, you can certainly CALL the cops at that point and get a restaining order!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This honestly seems out of control!.
You need to think of yourself first in this matter and not him, because it seems to me like it's not going to go away that easily!.
Phone the cops now before it gets worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your parents or school counselor about it and arrange a meeting, supervised by the counselor or other adult, and try to talk this out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
