Question: How to sleep healthy?
i wake up at 6:00 what should i do to my schedule so i get more sleep and don't have that i hate this time in the morning.what should i eat before i sleep. and don't say put my alarm clock somewhere else because i'll ready do that.

You should sleep around 8pm or 9pm if you want to keep your skin young for a long time.
You should drink water when you wake up in the morning.



You could try going to bed earlier so when you wake up at 6:00 it isn't that bad. Or maybe that is all the sleep your body needs and it just wakes you up.

Try GERD medication or heartburn medicine before going to bed. Keep light completely shut out and wear earplugs.
