Been VERY emotional, need help?!

Question: Been VERY emotional, need help?
I've been very emotional lately and I'm confused in what it might be.
Im not on no pill I dont take any medications period. I'm not due for that day of the month.
Usually I'm not this emotional. I've always been an easy person to get mad but that was just how I am. Lately though I've been crying for everything things that I don't think I should be crying for. My husband has even wonderd why I've been crying for every little thing and I get mad like SUPER mad at everything he does its mostly around him though and I dont really show my feelings towards anyone else. Example for Valentines day he got me flowers and I got them at work I started to cry and cry and talk how much of a B*tch ive been to him lately I dunno I just want to know what it could be? Also when I start to cry I think to myself why the hell am I crying for! I've never cried for every lil thing before... and I've been really tired lately I'm not sure if thats because of work or it relates with me being so emotional. Any help would be great, just a side note Im 23 yrs old female hehe and Im not always sad or crying I can be happy and then get reminded of something or feel like my hubby is raising his voice at me or being mean and start to cry like crazie ugh!

It sounds hormonal to me. Hormones aren't just in play when you have your period, they affect you all the time. If your body is producing too much (or not enough) of any of the female hormones, that could cause mood fluctuations and instability. Others like serotonin or thyroid hormones can also cause problems with mood regulation. Tell your doctor what's happening and have him/her give you a full check-up. Good luck!
