I just had a bad mental breakdown?!
Question: I just had a bad mental breakdown?
I never met my real dad. And not sure if I even want to. I have always heard bad things about him and the other family. I was thinking randomly about the time my bf took me to his family graveyard. And he showed me a head stone of his great grandpa and his great grandma..and the tomb stone says "Our Children" and it has the list of names down on it. And it made me sad that I will never have something like that. I dont have a family tomb stone or anything. I couldnt help but cry my eyes out. Is it right for me to cry about this?
Answers:
It's okay.Crying is how the soul empties the pain built up inside.Everyone cries every now and then and everyone should, because it's healthy. It's okay to cry when your alone sometimes, but it's best to have someone to console yourself with as you cry.Your boyfriend seems like both a nice and lucky guy to have someone like you in his life.Tell him how you feel and you need a shoulder to cry on. I promise you he will respond and be there for you.
Sincerely, I hope you feel better. :)

Unfortunantly I couldnt find much for trying to be consoled but I have found a page on consoling others.

seems to be your struggle in life.. we all got our main struggle in life.. find ways to cope with it/make things better from it and not let the anger or sadness consume u... u can be the one to start that list someday of your children and their children's children..
you have a right to your emotions. the question is whether it's worth getting so worked up about...
