I have an anxiety disorder and I'm terrified of work. What can I do to feel!

Question: I have an anxiety disorder and I'm terrified of work. What can I do to feel less afraid?
I am graduating from uni at the end of this year and I am scared my fear is going to affect both my long term career prospects and my relationship with my partner.
I don't know where this fear originated but I have not held a job for longer than a couple of months for the last 5 years.

Don’t worry; a lot of people are a little overwhelmed when they think about working after uni. If you think your anxiety of working is going to affect your daily life, you might want to talk to someone about it. You can set up an appointment with a counselor, your school psych, or you can call the Kids Helpline (1800 55 1800) or Lifeline (13 11 14), both are free and anonymous. Talking to someone can really help you. Since you have identified what makes you anxious, you will better be able to manage it as well. "I had suffered generalized anxiety for more than two years and I can tell you that Charles' Linden Method helped me when I thought nothing could help me. I took medications like Valium, Zoloft, Lexotan, Xanax which had no effect over my anxiety, except making me feel very dizzy every day. Now it has been one year since I gave up the medication and I feel OK again."

Choose a job that requires little thought. Painting exercise is also beneficial to train your peace of mind and mood

A cocktail of pharmaceutical drugs is NOT the answer.... they are nothing but controlled poison. Google Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT. Use pharmaceutical drugs as a last resort ONLY.... try this first.

Cocktail of Celexa and Klonopin. I have social anxiety disorder and it works wonders.
