I,am having such a bad day....?!


Question: I,am having such a bad day....?
wow...I just want to run away and scream. I,am tired of my kids and my husband my friends......I feel so out of it just want to punch the walls and scream,....my kids dont mind, my husband treats me like a child, my friends walk all over me and my family could care less weather I,am alive or not.........why do I feel this way.....

i'm sorry to hear that you are having a bad day. bear in mind though that we all have them at one time or another and do get past them. do you have a neighbour who could watch your kids for a day so that you could get out of the house? or a relative that could take them for a day? that would solve one of your problems. as for as your husband and friends have you tried talking to them and explaining in a nice non- accusing way how they make you feel at times? if not they may not realize what they are doing and how they are making you feel. if they won't listen then maybe you need to talk to your doctor about it and see what he/she recommends that you do about it. you might want to, see if you can get a talk therapist to help you deal with your feelings. i go to one and he has been a great help to me. i think that one would be a big help to you.

So sorry that your day is bad ,we all get them and want to run away a scream , how we deal with our bad day depends very much on our self ,At a guess you already know this as you feel like you have no support from friends , family or hubby , maybe you are feeling this way because you give the impression that you are on top of things , and go about just fronting situations out and eventually it catches up with you and that is when you want to run away ! Now is the time to change things to help you , you know that you spend all your time working around the children , hubby running the Home etc leaving very little time for you .
Well i think you for your family have taken the first step by voicing how you feel , maybe you should sit down with hubby and explain to him how you are feeling and the need for support ,also it maybe a good idea for you find time to do something outside the family , a hobby , or just me time !
As for your family maybe try to build a bridge with them if they don't know how you are really feeling they will assume that you are alright , tell them and maybe they would support you , and maybe babysit whilst you and hubby go out for the evening .i do hope that you day is much better for you tomorrow , warm regards mags
