How can I become calm? I really need quick answers!?!

Question: How can I become calm? I really need quick answers!?
I'm going to a new school today, my Dad's meant to be here NOW to take me but he's a little late. I'm really scared and nervous. What happens if people bully me and look at me weird? What happens if I get lost? What happens if I vomit? What happens if people don't like me and I become a loner?

I'm really concerned! I haven't been in school for roughly a year and this is my first day back! Help, I'm 15/female. I'll choose best answer and tell everyone how it went (when I come back from school).

Thanks in advance

You're the new kid...people will swoop in to take you under their wing. It's like a competition for the different cliches. You will probably get invited to sit with several people for lunch and have to choose. Everything will be okay :)

Yo I'm Scared, I bet my bottom dollar that you are smart and fully capable to adjust to your new school and new people. If someone looks at you weird, ignore them. If they bully you, tell a teacher. As for people not liking you, smile at people and compliment them on something - their hair, their clothes, their voice, their personality, whatever. Just find something nice about them that you like and tell them so. (that's what works for me, anyway). If they reject you, then move along and make friends with someone else. Unfortunately, there will be jerks in life, but you CAN make some friends, too. And if you ever feel down, turn to Psalm 34:18 in your Bible - I find it very encouraging. Peace and a hug to you!

In my opinion even if you are nervous don't show it walk in that school with your head held high and smile. People cling to confident people , and a smile goes a long way. If anything people may say stuff about you but most people who do that secretly envy that person. Don't stress yourself whether or not people like you, in the end your there for one reason to get a education friends come and go like seasons.

Look, in all reality, you will most likely not be bullied or anything of that sort, people probably won't really notice youre a new kid, if you get lost just ask a teacher for directions, you won't vomit, and just be friendly and courteous and you'll make friends in no time. Quit worrying so much, your first day back will go fine.

Try to think about something else. watch t.v. listen to music. ect. Just ignore people if they look at you weird. If you get lost, there are plenty of teachers you can ask. It may take a few weeks to adjust, but I'm sure there are people who will befriend you.
