Anxiety vs. Stress difference?!


Question: Anxiety vs. Stress difference?
How do you differentiate between the two? I know school work is stressful to everyone. However, my stress is to the point where I can't sleep, I get headaches, and I end up over analyzing things. If it's real bad, it'll get to the point where my chest hurts when I breathe. If it helps any, I'll often have pessimistic thoughts too. What I mean by this, is if I hear something fall in my house, I'll think someone in my house hurt themselves,etc.

stress causes anxiety. people (and sounds like you too) have anxiety attacks generally caused by stress. stress is more of an environmental thing while anxiety is a mental reflex. just chill out and think of soft and cuddly things. and if stuff gets to bad, ask your doc for some help.

also, i hate spammers. there are a few today. so dont go to their website cause they cant even advertise appropriately.
