I cant control my anger?
i have serious anger issues and i cant control them to save my life. my 9 yo brother just did something that made my mom cry so i went downstairs and asked him if he made her cry. he just smiled did a little laugh...at that point i just saw red. i grabbed him by the neck and threw him to the ground and yelled at him. part of me feels really bad because the only family i have left is my mom and 2 brothers and i love all of them with everything i got. im not trying to make excuses but my brothers dont listen if you just tell them, which is what my mom tries to do. i tell her not to but she doesnt wanna hear it. i know i shouldnt have done it, but its like another person took over my body, i just couldnt help it. its not the first time something like this happened, im usually very quick to snap. i cant really talk to anybody because im either working or my mom is working and she gets pissed when i ask her to drive me somewhere anyways (i dont have a car/license yet). plus she has enough to worry about, i dont want her to think this is THAT serious. so what should i do?

The thing with anger is that you have to let it out. You're more healthy than i am because of this. Let it out on an insignificant prick, not your family. Aim it, and squeeze it ever so slightly and it'll go. Just like a gun.
Every time you feel angry or like you are going to do something like that, just think how much you love your family and you can tolerate your brothers because you care about them so much. Sometimes it is best to just walk away and sit calmly alone for a while until you feel ok. Maybe have a glass of water. Another thing you may have heard is every time you feel like you are getting angry count slowly from one to ten and by ten you should be calm again.
