Panic Attacks at school....help?!?!

Question: Panic Attacks at school....help?!?
At school we have an assembly everyday and the hall we sit in is quite big.
But, i'm a self concious person (in front of big crowds) and in the hall the seats all face each other, like a square but with a gap in the middle for the stage type thing.
Anyway, i've been going to these assmeblies for about 3 years and all that time i've been completely fine.
But recently I've been getting really self-concious and i get a little voice in the back of my mind making me think things like 'How embarrassing would it be if i just stood up and shouted something...' and i would laugh it off in my mind but i keep thinking it and it gets me worried that i'm actually going to do it.

And since i'm very self-concious it gets me nervous that i'll do it and embarrass myself. I've had sort of panic attacks about 2 times now (i had to calm myself down but since im self concious i didnt make them obvious, my friend said she didnt notice i was having one so i was definitely trying to act normal)
But now that I have experienced the feeling of that scary feeling of a panic attack type thing and now because ive felt what its like....i keep getting nervous that im gonna feel like that again. Today i even felt like i was about to run out of the hall, and i keep feeling like the hall is getting bigger and im out in the open too much on show to everyone.

Its been happening for a few days now and I dont know what to do...am i just being stupid? (please answer honestly, it could really change my mind and make me feel better) :)

Answers:

Just get it into your head that most people are too busy concentrating on themselves to pass any remarks of what your doing. Observe everybodys reactions around you and you will notice this and if you need a breather just go to the toilet and go into a cubicle and calm down.Stop worrying what everybody else thinks.

experience with disliking crowds

your not being stupid and should talk to a trusted adult about it.
