considering her home situation i honestly think you would be wrong for kicking her out, but you could tell her that you like alone time or something of that nature. if she's your best friend and you've known her that long you should be comfortable enough to have a conversation about this sort of thing, just try to stay calm and let her know she's welcome to stay in your house just set boundaries.
I wouldn't worry about it too much, you guys are 19 so it shouldn't be too long until she is able to get her own place. Maybe in the mean time you could explain to her how you feel and fix it.
I think you should just tell her that you need her space i mean yeah you guys have been friends for a while but she should understand that you need your space too.
To offer a help is a good Things. It is generosity. But how about, if you start to feel, somebody just used you? Here, my advice: 1) Respect space where you live. If you can afford cost of your living you don't need a roommate ( if you single). 2) If you agree to help somebody in particular situation discuss all optional:a) How long that person planning to stay over,b) Is it any offering included ( help with cooking, cleaning, etc. or even participation by paying some cost of rent Agreement,c) Do and Don't at your place. Make you decision and deliver to your friend that decision by communicating with Her in nice polite manner. Represent the Truth, not the Fear.
