Possible MisDiagnosis? Early Symptoms Overlooked/Missed? [LosT]?!

Question: Possible MisDiagnosis? Early Symptoms Overlooked/Missed? [LosT]?
I'm Not Thinking too Clearly at the Moment, [FarFromIt] So Please Exuse Any Unnecessary Info, ETC. ~ I'll Be 20 Yrs Old in May. Visited Numberous Psychologist/Therapist Since 1993.
I was Often Told Im More Mature In Different Ways, For My Age & Almost Too Immature, in Other Few Oppisite Ways..
I Have Alot of Diagnosis's, & Theres No Question About Them But I've Been an Emotional Wreck for a While Now, Can Seem Chaotic, Almost a Daily Thing Now, +More Uncontrollable & Extreme Than I'm used To. Maybe I was MisDiagnosed/They Missed Something, Or Possibly Was Too Early?
Below, Is My Diagnosis's, In Order of Severity [Decent To Worst] ::
"Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Atypical, AND Recurrent Brief Depression
Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCD)
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Bi-Polar Type 1 & Insomnia
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)" ::Never Felt it Was Real Serious &Never Truly Felt Like it was Much of An Issue. All i knew Was it Was a Ton of Long Words From the Dr ;I Realize Im Sick, &Made Bad Choices due To It, But Its Never Hit Me So Strong& Chaotic As This, Never Effected Me THIS Bad, Or This Long Either.
I Dont Even Really Know Where To Start, So Much, &This is Day 4 Feeling Manic, &Iv Not Slept in 5 & 1/2. Iv Had Insomnia, As Long as I can Remember. Gone More Than 6 Days Straight, But Didnt Bother Me This Bad, My Current State Of Mind =??? &Exhausted/Tired Of It!
I Dont Normally Have Symptoms For Them All At One Time, [LikeNow] &Ive Done Well &Kept Control, Esp W/ All Going On. ;Mind is Racing! Has For Days, I Feel Like I've Lost It; BUT Im Not Making Bad Choices, &Had No Negative Thoughts, oddly..I Cant Even Describe 1, w/out trying to do it all @Once; ItsRediculous. 'Around 2AM Yestrday, I was Beyond Restless/Irritated, Itchy & Felt Helpless, Unable to Relax At All. Im Jittery, W/ Involuntary Movements Almost. Makes MeFeel Like i seem Psycho around anyone else. Confused b-cuz Its Almost Like Im InTune W/ My Emotions, A Bit Too Much? ..Evidently Iv been Zoned Out for unusual amounts of Time, If Im Not Writing and Expressing Every Action of Mine [wrote over 17 pg's Expressing Thoughts &Rambling, sounding so serious, I explained so Fully &Detailed, Its Strange. I got so Into it, & Found Myself half aware Of Reality Just Thinking.. I Studdered a Bit Last night, Unable to Say What I Meant, &its So Much More Than it Sounds Its Bothering Me, &I hope i Snap Out of this Soon! ): Im Feeling Safe&Stable And Oddly Not as Depressed Past 5 Days, Like usual. a Bit Overly Positive Feeling/Thinking, Though, Just Dont Feel Like Myself At All Right Now..Sleep Deprived, & Cant Think Clearly, Going to Attempt Sleep Again, For My Own Health & Sake /: I have Faith In Myself, but its just rediculously irritating the hell out of Me.
Advice/Information Would Mean ALOT;;Would Appreciate Any Help. Thanks(:

If you had mania, you would not be tired even though you haven't slept. when a person has mania, they feel fully rested after a couple hours of sleep or less. it is not insomnia, they truly need less sleep.

In my case, when I got really out of control/nutsy/agitated like you seem to be, it was ALWAYS caused by the medications themselves. ativan and adderall were the worst for causing agitation, but antidepressants are what caused my full blown mania and landing in the hospital for 3 weeks. antipsychotics were a disaster - either made me totally unstable, or just zoned me out and made me really badly constipated and couldn't see because my vision was so blurry. Oh, and quickly put on 30 lbs.

anyway, after 15 years of trying meds and even ECT, I gave up 10 months ago, and just stopped taking meds (I did tell my psychiatrist and had my husband's support and the rest of my mental health team). after a few months, the intense internal agitation that made me want to claw my face off/stab my chest open just went away! so now for a few months now, I have not had that horrible feeling again, and my behavior is much better now, to my husband's relief.

I got that borderline diagnosis too, and it was because of my outrageous behaviors while on ativan and antidepressants. i broke a lot of property and kicked holes in the walls etc. because of ativan, antidepressants and adderall.

so anyway, maybe your brain is just screaming for you to get off that medication. If you do decide to do that, you must taper off very slowly over several months, or you will get horrible withdrawal, and it will look even MORE like borderline or bipolar or OCD or whatever the hell next label they want to put on you.

people act really crazy on street drugs - well it turns out people feel and act really crazy on prescription psych drugs also.

I also have trouble with benadryl and birth control pills. some people have trouble with acne medication. you have to look up each one and see if they have behavioral side effects.
