do call them you obviously feel as if you should and need to.At least then you get help if you were to do something terrible to your self or somebody else it will always stay with and could make things even worse for you if making one phonecall could make everyone safe then surely it's worth it,well done for fighting the urges but like many of us we all sometimes get tired of fighting and need someone else to look after for a while,let someone help you it can not make you feel worse,stay strong keep fighting xxxxxxx
Do not kill your self think of the happy times you have had this is a sycological problem maybe you should call 911 they will help you if you kill yourself your friends will be so un happy can you tell me some things about your self like hobbies life and what could be cozing this un happnes xx

Stop being weak. You should work out your problems by yourself. If it gets to the point where you are out of control, then yes, you should call 911. Until then, just chill out, and work out your problems.
