It might be a good idea to tell your mom because she can help you out, but you don't have to. Maybe if you did sit down and talk with her you could tell her that other people have mentioned this to you and would she come along to the doctors with you? Otherwise, take a friend and go and see a counselor, they will help you through this and they will keep all the information confidential, so your mom won't have to know!

You dont have to tell people anything. However, if you want to get better, its best to get help right away. Depression sets in and sets roots. The longer you have it, the harder it is to get better. If you don't want to tell your mom, try going to the hospital or to see your doctor yourself. Tell someone at school, a teacher, or a guidance coucellor? Tell someone you trust enough, but maybe someone you're not too embarassed to tell. Good luck, I'm sorry, depression sucks :(

ok woah...hold on...lol too fast there...but listen you cant rule anything out quiet yet until youve been to the doctor. they are the professionals not these "people' that you mention. and idk who your mom is but im sure she will be understanding, its not like your doing drugs, this is an illness that people cope with and its not something that u can turn on and off and your mother if she is a human being will understand that despite your thoughts...but before u freak out and jump to any conclusions and listen to some idiots who may just not like u or saw u on a bad day, u should go see a doctor and prove to make sure that u may be bipolar.

you must tell someone. your livelihood depends on it! if you dont tell anyone, more serious matters could arise

Write her a note
