I feel all nervous, get distracted, and keep daydreaming while doing school work!
Question: I feel all nervous, get distracted, and keep daydreaming while doing school work?
When I take 5 mg of Ritalin I don't feel as nervous anymore... but I still get distracted and daydream.
Should I up my dose?
PS: 5mg of Ritalin is only effective for 3 hours... But I can't take another for another 3 hours. How am I going to do school like this?

I have the same issue but I have ADD you might have it too. I havent been able to do anything about my issue but I think the meds help you might wanna see if u have ADD
