I know it would be wrong if there was anything sexual going on but i mean if you spoke on the phone about how you feel would that be wrong?

If you have scheduled sessions with a therapist, then that is the time to discuss your issues. Phone calls are for quick information only, such as needed to reschedule a session, or for emergencies. Most therapists do not go into session material in phone calls as it distracts from the overall treatment.

it depends on what you mean by "how you feel". if you mean that you are having a problem and you can't get in to the office and you are having a session over the phone for help i see nothing wrong with it. i have done that before years ago when i had a problem with an old psychiatrist.

been there.
