Question: I just took three 10mg pills of Paxil and now my stomach is burning?
What should I do?

Take some while milk and pepto-
Next time, eat something first!

You're probably fine. Keep in mind whatever else you might have consumed today. That's the lowest dose of Paxil. Just make sure to take it as reccommended next time.

Drink plenty of water to help flush it out of your system and call ur doctor or a hospital just in case .
