my brother always seems to give a violent reaction to everything i or anybody else says, whether just telling something or asking something. He seems always mad and always implies negative pick-ups, or everything you do seems always wrong for him and you always get a lot of sermons too...

I'd say get him to see a professional.
Maybe hape has anger management issues I suggest him going to a doctor ornpsychoatrist as they can give him counseling and or meeds. Good luck:)
Depends on his age.if he's 4, thn that's normal. If he's 30, not so normal. If he's 70, becomes normal again
tell us his age, also ask him whats on his mind
