Are the side effects I'm experiencing with Adderall a red flag?!

Question: Are the side effects I'm experiencing with Adderall a red flag?
I'm a 5ft, 105 pound adult. Today was my first dose (10mg) I realize that the body needs time to adjust but I almost don't want to go through everything again tomorrow.Aside from the typical symptoms of dry mouth, nausea, and loss of apetite, I became over-stimulated and couldn't stop moving then I got really sluggish and shakey. My legs and back hurt and It took me forever to write when I was studying because I was so weak. I desperately wanted to go to sleep. My motor skills were off, I started walking in to things and had trouble spelling and remembering things. Later on I was sweating, cold, and felt feverish. It basically felt like I was getting the flu.
There were good things too, definite improvements but I got the sensation that I needed a smaller dose for it to be effective because the other side-effects were so debilitating. Thoughts?

While it's good you're not using it recreation-ally, I would say that in the long run it would be better to abstain from adderall. Try something that does not make you feel these things, maybe vyvanse, or if meds aren't your bag, relaxation. it's okay to be wired fast. Someone once made the analogy to me that being ADD is like having a Ferrari; it's got a lot of power but you gotta learn to control it :b

what?
