Question: How can i prevent anxiety?
I have anxiety all day, everyday and i'm sick of it, i can't talk to people or do simple things easily, how can i gain confidence.

Answers:

Quiet your inner voice and chant good thoughts first sit down and list things that make you happy or bring happy thoughts from your life. then do like deep breathing exercises and all the while speak to your inner self in a chant say words that calm like your a good person i love myself the world is green enjoy life. short chants that can bring home and quiet the mind. "I use self praise statements and switch to things that make me happy this quiets the mind and calms my anxiety you will feel much better if you are truthful to your inner voice and you will gain from the self praise you have to love yourself before the calamity of the mind brings back to you the anxiety thoughts which is fear creeping in about self improve the thoughts of self and your outlook will brighten to others then go for a walk and share your joy say hi.

tell yourself every morning "nothing is wrong today." when panic starts to rise, realise, "ive made it through this before, ill make it through everytime. i havent died from this. if im not going to die ill be fine because everytime it will be easier, even if is bad, itll pass."



Eat some mushrooms. the magic ones.

Get a little faded on some beer or jack Daniels. not to much just like 4 shots don't drive but this helped me idk why.



You need to see a mental health specialist they have pills for that that are amazing!
