Question: SO MUCH STRESS!? HELP?!?
I am getting so stressed from homework and stuff like that (like there is a billion pieces due in today alone) what should I do?

Take a little bit of time out to focus on yourself. Have a hot bath, a cup of tea, listen to some soothing music, burn a stick of incense or whatever helps you relax. Do this and don't let yourself feel guilty about it. It will give you a bit of time to reflect and focus. This will give your brain what sounds like a much needed rest and you can approach the project again when you are fresh. Best of luck!



To deal with the stress, I would suggest a few things. Music is great, as is quiet reading to calm down. I would highly suggest exercise. What I do is, every once in a while, I go to this quiet room in my house that's kind of just a nothing room. I make a quick phone call, or work out, or listen to music. Then my head is clear. If you are one who likes to mess around have goof off, FOCUS. Just keep telling yourself that one word. Focus is everything. Once you can do that, it will become alot easier (I'm speaking from first hand experience). If your life is unorganized, such as your room or your schedule, set time aside one day and organize it. Clean your room, break down what you have to accomplish and write it down on a dry-erase board or a piece of paper; somewhere that is constantly in plain sight. And most importantly, try your best to keep up on all your assignments. Don't put things off. Face the work as challenges, the same way a weight lifter faces weights. As something to accomplish, as an achievement. As Rob and Big say, "Do work"



Take one thing at a time, and while you're doing it don't think about the stack of stuff you need to do next. Just breathe.
