Question: I have lost my mind. how do i go about getting it back?
Im not sure when it happened but it happened. i have completely lost it...and im using the word zesty more

Zesty? LOL. If you really feel like you have lost your mind,it is time to go see a doctor. Medicines they have to give you can help alot! It WILL take some time of trying different med combinations but keep trying and you WILL find relief.
