Pull an all nighter and go to bed at 10pm

"Pulling an all nighter" isn't a good idea. What you need to do is go to bed a bit later. An hour or two later should give you am hour or two more sleep, making you awaken at 5 or 6. Then you could just stay up. Look in the medicine isle or ask your pharmacist for Melatonin( a hormone made in the body that helps sleep), Tryptophan (the hormone in turkey that makes us all so sleepy) and Valerian Root, ( a herb that helps sleep ). There is ONE medicine out there with all three in it,but the name of it eludes Me. Your doc or pharmacist will know ,most likely. NAPS will screw up your going to bed on time, too. and caffeine! If nothing else,I guess 4 am is your new awaken time! Good luck!

you need to talk to your doctor about this problem. he/she knows you better than we do and knows the safest way to get you on a regular sleep schedule. what works for one of us may not work for someone else. you may need to go on a sleep aid for a few weeks in order to help get you into a safe sleep pattern.

been there.

Seven hours is sufficient sleep - go to bed at 1:00 - 2:00AM and wake up at 9:00AM. (If you're like me, that's easier said than done. I feel disgusting in the morning and I hate sleeping during the night, so I have a 6AM - 12PM sleeping schedule, lol. Probably not healthy, but hey.)
