Question: I need some psychological advices.?
i can't look into the people's eyes when talkin to them one on one. at the same time i usually feel uncomfortable and behave unnaturally when i sit with people, i always stard at them that makes them feel uncomfortable, embarrasingly i can't stop staring at them.

You probably just don't feel as comfortable as other do around people. I never used to be able to look people in the eye, but when i started to gain confidence and lose my shyness, it's gotten a lot better.
