It sound like he also maybe drinking to many sugary drinks, hi c, soda, etc could have alot to do with it. So lay off the drinks and scheduled bathroom breaks. Have a great day.

Have you tried making him go pee by a schedule I know it's a lot to make him sit and pee every two hours, but it would save you the cleaning. I think if you set yourself a little alarm a make him sit every two hours he could develop his own habit of going to pea. He may not have something wrong medically, but what if he just can't "feel" he needs to pee until it's right upon him. Does he at least warn you? Or can you tell a difference in his body habits?
