Is this a type of Claustrophobia?!

Question: Is this a type of Claustrophobia?
Every time someone sneezes i freak out inside! Like my 7th grade health teacher made us watch this video on spreading germs and their was this boy who sneezed in an elevator and all of his particles in his sneeze got all over body and they were breathing it in!

The thing im afraid of is being in a car, bus, classroom ... etc when you cant open a window and get fresh air in the car so I don't breathe it in! I have to sometimes convince myself that they coughed instead of that they sneezed! I dont really care that much if they sneeze in their arm but when they dont sneeze in their arm thats when i freak out! I dont care if were outside of if im in a room that i can get fresh air!

Please help me figure this out! and tell me what i can do to make this problem less severe

Thanks

I don't think it's claustrophobia because its not the smallness of the space that is freaking you out, it's the possible contact with germs when someone sneezes. It's important to remember that most people sneeze when they get dust of some particle that triggers the sneezing reflex. So the sneeze is more a rapid expulsion of air designed to dislodge the particle.

People sneeze when they have colds because the nose and the throat are irritated by mucous. It's only this type of sneeze that's contagious. So if you avoid direct contact with people who have colds then you should be fine. Remember that your immune system will protect you from any way-ward bugs you breath in.
