Question: How do I get prescribed anti-anxiety meds?

I would like to have some, how do I ask my psychiatrist for this?
How "severe" must I be to get a prescription?

Answers:

go to a doctor and they will talk with you and find the best course of treatment. they found a good pill for me the first time, low side effects, good outcomes. other people i know have been on many different ones trying to find the right one, don't be discouraged if the first pill doesn't work well for you.

currently on anti-anxiety meds.
