Question: How to gain sleep? plz answer fast. ?
I play world of warcraft .my guild is with the rest of my family . we raid every night. friday to wednesday .I stay up until about 4 in the morning . when I go to school I am tired a lot by Wednesday. what I want to know is if there is a good way to wake yourself up in the morning see you can keep going through your day . please only positive comments .please don't say I nee d to quit or play less often cause I was addicted b4 but I'm not now. Please wake me up!!!

I highly recommending you change your playing timings. I am not saying to play less. I mean to say is that play between timings that are suitable for the human body. You need your sleep. In order for you to stay awake in the morning, is have a good breakfast in order for you body to have sufficient amount of energy. Also try to take breaks during playing times to give less stress to your eyes so you don't sleep during school. Lastly, Try to be really active in school and socialize with your friends they will keep you awake if you are laughing. If those things don't work. In the morning, ask to go to the washroom and wash your face with cold water! Also try to do this often if you really badly need to stay awake! One last thing. You could always try to sleep during the day in order for you make up for no sleeping

well i think you know the answer yourself you just want people to tell you what you already know. STOP PLAYING THAT STUPID GAME! Get some sleep. Simple. One day you will be tired of that stupid game so you might as well stop now. You are wasting precious time in your life when you could be doing real stuff that will help you out in life. playing computer games so much is a way that some people subconsciuosly hide from reality, from life. the reality is, your life is still the same no matter what crap you do in that game.
I"m just being real with you. Take a shower, go outside, get some sunlight and fresh air, go for a walk. You'll feel great!



If you're up at night until early in the morning, you should try to get some sleep in the afternoon, when you're back from school. That's what I do sometimes, when I stay up too long. When I doze off at about 4 or 5 p.m., I easily wake up at 8-10 p.m.
Maybe doing it this way will help you :)
