you poor thing, it sounds like you have depression, it might help to go to the doctors and hopefully they will give you some meds which will make you feel abit better. As for your counsellor, i think you need to go to another one, i had to go through loads before i found one that helped me, good luck

Sounds to me that you are being told it's time to start thinking about your own life instead of thinking
of the past and worrying too much about others. What sort of person is it you would like to be in ten years time? Maybe five years. What sort of career would you like? How do you picture yourself to be? Write it all down secretly, you will probably get the peace and quiet to be able to do this. Then start to think about how you can make a start in trying to shape yourself into the person you want to be, in the career you want to be. Write down the things you want to change to shape yourself. Time to yourself is what you need to start this self building process. Gradually you will find that you will be able to cope with your own life without worrying too much about people getting on with their own lives. Seeing the life plan you choose for yourself written down will help you change things a bit at a time. keep a journal too. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
