How to hide an eating disorder.?!

Question: How to hide an eating disorder.?
Let me start off by saying that I do NOT have an eating disorder.

I'm doing a project and I'm having trouble getting information on how they hide their disorder. I have so far...
-Baggy clothing
-Working out a lot
-Hiding the fact that they haven't eaten.
^This one blows my mind. If anyone could give me more detail that would be great.

I think I am interested in this because I am a small person and have never faced this. I'm fascinated by the psychological aspect.
So any help or personal stories would be great. Thanks!

-hiding the fact that they haven't eaten:

Its easier if you don't live with your parents or a stable household (kids who are given a cupboard full of EZ mac, ramen, etc. and are expected to feed themselves). Just don't feed yourself. Simple.
Its much easier if you are older (in college) and don't live at home. Have friends, but keep them all at a distance (this works hand in hand with the self esteem problem as well). Never spend the while day with someone. If you meet up with someone, regardless of when, you've always "just eaten."

And if you see them for a period of a few hours, you either "have something important to do" and leave, or conveniently don't feel well...your stomach hurts and you can't eat anything. If they start to question, you might have to eat something like carrot sticks. If you can get away from them for about 10 minutes, feel free to eat anything that is easy to get rid of, like soup (avoid difficult things to get rod of, like bread, rice, or pasta.) Again, this is much more difficult if you live with someone. Or have very close friends, boyfriend, or parents who care about you.

eating your dinner and throwing it up in the toilet

which i would advice no-one to do ^
