I always have a headache by the end of the school day?!


Question: I always have a headache by the end of the school day?
I left school a couple years back because I couldn't handle it. (depressed, anxiety) I just went back to school now and I have headaches everyday again, like I used to. I'm only doing 2 classes a day and then 2 classes at home so it isn't as bad but are my headaches caused by nerves? What can I do to calm myself? I'm forcing myself to go back because I want to get better but I don't want to feel like crap all the time.

i had alot of anxiety in school, but ultimately it was the lighting that gave me head aches

this is anxiety and some depression.there are great medications for this. i take librium. i went back to school after becoming a grandmother. you can do it. i now have a degree in psychology/ social work.god bless you. don't let go of your dreams!!

mental health/ health

maybe your diet is not good enough. Eat loads of fruits and veggies and loads of water. Also check your eyes, maybe you need glasses.

Being dehydrated or needing glasses can also cause headaches. You may want to see a doctor if you get them every day.
