Im 14, im having a sleepova right now, & i was with my friend (lets just call her Ellie), has a break down & is just like can i trust you DJ & im just like yeah you know that, were friends.
So she just says to me, how she peels off her dead skin and eats it and that she cuts off skin and eats it!! so i told he to go have a bath and then we'll talk.
Im reallly freaking out and dont know what to do, or say to her?

This is a very weird addiction and if she is cutting parts of her skin off then it's a dangerous one. Try to tell her to get help for it.
