What might be wrong with me?!

Question: What might be wrong with me?
Here's what happening: I'm pulling an all-nighter tonight, and I got discouraged that I couldn't find anything for my paper. So I became really distressed, I got a little nauseous, I could breathe but somehow it felt like I couldn't, and I had this really strong urge to scream. Also, it felt like I needed to cry, but I couldn't. It was hard for me to calm down after a little while. Is this normal?

Heeey I felt like that today( No joke I really did). I dealed with it with actually doing the deed and before that do the thing that ALWAYS calms me down( Case ur wondering its laying in bed with my favorite station on the radio and practice my singing or something like that). So its normal. Like that feeling of unease, muttering to yourself kind of thing? Tears in eyes, panic swelling like a watermelon in your stomach? So find YOUR de-stresser like I found mine! But it is normal.

You had a panic attack. They're really scary eh. :/
Try relax yourself, find something to distract you or calm you down.
If it happens again, focus on your breathing. Take slow deep breaths.

They are normal to some degree.. but if they start being frequent you should see your doctor. It's likely that you could have an anxiety disorder if they occur a lot.

Hope this helped (:

There was a period of time when I was really stressed, I got them too. :/

personal experience

It was panic or anxiety. Stop what your doing, sit or lie down. Try breathing deep and focus on something pleasurable and relax. Or see a Doctor, you may need meds.

Panic attack. You're overstressed.

Youre not getting enough sleep :D:D Try sleeping earlier or work up a schedule :)
