How too sleep when scared very badly?!


Question: How too sleep when scared very badly?
A bit of back story, I am paranoid and scare easily. So when i watch and see this image earlier, no surprise, i get scared outta my mind. S question is, its 3 a.m... How do i get to sleep?

Used to happen to me too, what I do is sleeping with my sister I feel way comfortable or if you don't have people to sleep with you have to change ideas watch something sweet to wash out those images :) xx



How too sleep when scare very badly,If you've phobia experienced is hard too sleep and this is so badly at you,just consult your doctor and follow their instruction to you so that can give you right therapist on wards your mental destruction.
Let them to explain to you will I'm not a DOCTOR.
The way if could have this forget your past spent your time to GOD,and make busy to attending your family.This PHOBIA reaction is the bad omen will still in your vision,must to do alternative activities such as joining your kids in playing watching movie with funny.And don't let yourself to seen the things could imagine again about what happening to your passed.

I have friends like you have in PHOBIA it was cause long battlefield they encountered in MINDANAO.is autonomous region battle between GOVERNMENT army AND MUSLIM.then,after he replaced he come back to home.is this happened to him.He can't sleep well.He went a specialist Doctor for Phobia an he gave mental therapist and by his cooperation.And now,The phobia he has was gone.



Sometimes the reason why we can’t sleep or why we are having issues getting some sleep is because there is something bothering us. Lack of sleep can cause anxiety and can lead to fears and panic attacks. I strongly suggest doing affirmation and meditation it can surely help. Also try to do the EFT (emotional freedom technique). EFT has been proven to be successful at treating a wide range of problems, from physical to mental issues as well as more intangible issues such as harmful beliefs and thoughts.

I used to get that phobia from reading too much chain mail, and on my desk is an old computer screen that I used to watch the reflection of the hallway from. But ever since I've been watching some pretty brilliant comedy (you're American, so I won't bother telling you about it since you won't know it), developed an obsession with a game, and stopped going on Facebook pages, I've been fine. I look at the screen now and think how stupid I was.



try to busy urself in books or magazines. it will help u. if still unable, try to think some funny moments, it will divert ur mind and at last u will fall asleep.



Read the newspaper or watch TV.
