i don't know about others but personally it made me depressed, I do have insomnia.

PLEASE if you are having sleeping troubles talk to your parents or see a doctor :))) take care.

I am a boy of 17 yrs old and started having these probs since i was 15. I wasn't diagnosed and i tried to kill myself thrice.

It took me some times till i became a bit normal. I am 100% but i try to be. Thanks a lot, a lot of people do not want to talk to talk about their sleeping problems or of their children. Do monitor your sleeping schedule, if you are 17 you should be sleeping around 8 hours, if you are an adult you should be sleeping around 6-7 hours. But i rekon a lot do not. I sleep about 4 hours a week, lack of sleeping may be the start of other problems so please try to seek help :) have a nice day

Hi Emm!

Yes, a lack of sleep over a period of time could lead to depression in some people. It is also possible to have insomnia as a result of being depressed and anxious.

Most adults do best with 7-8 hours of sleep, while teenagers need 8-10 hours. Please talk with your doctor or a therapist if you have any concerns.

Take care and best to you!
