I cant sleep anymore, for the past 4 days?!


Question: I cant sleep anymore, for the past 4 days?
ok this has happened to me a long time ago but not like this, I ended up only being able to fall asleep if I had more than 12 hours before I could wake up.

so this week my work scheduled me 3 morning shifts, I can never sleep when I have to wake up in the morning so I got almost little to no sleep on those 3 days.

well the next day was a night shift which I can usually fall asleep, but this time I couldnt even do it, and today I only got like 1 or 2 hours of sleep

its my mind, its stimulated from being at work so much because while im trying to fall asleep I dont notice it but when I do, my thoughts are about work like " ok serve theres 3 customers in line".

and I try telling myself stop thinking about but work but I cant.

Before I would just lay on my back then when I start getting tired I would turn over to my side and I would end up falling asleep.

Now its like my mind doesnt want me to sleep, even when im tired my mind will stop me from falling asleep, i dont know what to do and i dont know when this will go away. If I could I would just quit work but I cant right now

Your internal body clock is all over the place at the moment, which is one of the reasons why you can't get to sleep, but if you can't change the times you work, there's not much you can do about that. Yes, your mind is definitely overstimulated. Try drinking a glass of warm milk and then meditate lying down in bed.



um well find hot tub relax in that 20 mins or more, and jacuzzi as well same time frame,
um well if you own craftmatic bed put it up and relax on the bed,
queen size craftmatics works- and twin beds are so small and dont work as well,
try chamomile teas, and lavander acai sprays, and well try tension tamer tea- celestial seasonsonings tea.

and well massages from a real massage person to help you calm down,
it does work, and its for one hour only, and well if your still upset ask for more time to relax
with massage.



when you lay down, focus on relaxing each individual muscle one at a time. like focus on relaxing your right bicep and then your left calf and so on and keep repeating. your mind will still wander back to work but once you realize youre doing it, put your mind back on relaxing your muscles. if nothing else, then your mind will atleast get a little rest from work when youre concentrating on relaxing. and thats better than nothing.
