There is no best place to cut and best thing to cut yourself with. You could seriously hurt yourself to the point where you lose the movement of limbs from nerve damage or infection (gangrene) You could very easily become addicted and end up with scars all over your body.

This is something you don't want to f*ck around with it will take over you and you will seclude yourself from all the people you love in fear of them finding out or trying to stop you.
