Anxiety attacks take over my daily life?!


Question: Anxiety attacks take over my daily life?
i have a ton of attacks where i hyperventilate and shake all over. my whole body aches so much and i cant move without tears coming to my eyes. i get them so often it makes me going about my daily life almost impossible. how can i help control the attacks

aww, im sorry \, what you delt with must have been really hard, but always know that things get better, god does things and makes things happen for a reason, at first it may seem bad but later on all will be worth it. also suicide, anxiety, drepresion is an acualy disease. Your genes and traits have been changes from all that you have been through, just how like your hair color can change from too much sun, your emotions and traits can change from to much exposure to bad things. please perk up and find your way out of your sad hole and find somthign or someone that makes you happy and dont think about the chances you make:) feel better



I know what ur going through I have that too I can't doing anything anymore always feel like I'm dieing:I( only 2things to do is either take medican ask ur doc or the onlything they say is to not think about it try relaxs and say its not real bc anxiety is all in the head makes us think stuff wrong and not but yea try not think about it when u get the feeling just let it go and say it fake what I'm trying to do or ask ur doc for pills but anxiety deff suxs so much



ok so i thought i just wrote someting real good and then it dissappeard... i dont know where my writing went... you feel bad but you have to tell yourself i feel good. I am so happy... Im enjoying myself. and even though its not true the first time you say it it you will feel at least a little better if you say it many times through out the day.. its worth a shot if you feel this bad... its negative enerry when you say i feel like ****... its positive energy when you say you feel good... Im telling you this from my experience... last year i was basically housebound i never talked to anyone and i laied in bed for half a year... im not saying its easy. its not at all... but it works for me... maybe not a lot but at least a little. I use it every single day.. I just tell myself that i feel...(the way i want to feel) not how i really feel cuz its negative.. good luck. try DBT!
