Question: Does anyone know why or feel like this sometimes?
I keep get chest pains a lil here and there and feel dizzy sometimes but I have had ekg done xray catscans everything and nothing shows up echo carigram nothing could just be my heart burn since nothing showed up

Hi Christina, Yes, it probably is heartburn :) could also be the start of a mild panic attack (were you stressed or nervous when it happened ?.) Hope you feel better soon, whatever it is.

A bit of Hypochondriasis and mild panic or anxiety attacks, from excess adrenaline to prepare you for fight or flight. You may have some phobia or Avoidant Personality Disorder.
