How do you know if you are ADHD?!

I was diagnosed with adult ADD many years ago. I have had ADD all my life, but was not diagnosed until I went to a therapist as an adult. Generally, you start a project, get interrupted, start another project, etc. and nothing gets completely done. You have a hard time concentrating, forget to do things, and get anxious rather easily.
The only sure way to tell is to be diagnosed by a therapist or psychiatrist. Hope that helps.

not hungry during the day but really hungry at night, very hyper at night, can't concentrate.
