I think I was sleep-walking last night! HELP!?!

Question: I think I was sleep-walking last night! HELP!?
Hey everyone! Let it first be known that I have never slept-walk before (or at least as far as I know). So here's what happened....

After school, I drove home and took my backpack and government textbook into my room. This morning, I woke up and headed to the shower like I usually do, except this time, my grandmother asked me through the bathroom door why the car door was wide open. I said, "Huh? I have no idea!" I immediately just assumed that I accidently left it open after coming home the previous day. But when I left to go to school, I saw my government textbook laying in the floorboard!!!!!! I was like," WTF?!"

This has really freaked me out as I REALLY don't want to be doing ANYTHING unconsiously! (and I am slightly pure-o and am scared I might do something completely horrendous!) Can ANYONE please soothe this distressed soul by telling me how likely it is for me to do this again! THANK YOU!

It's okay! calm down! this has happened to me many times because i sleep walk A LOT!! my parents thought it was dangerous that i would fall down the stairs or something. So here was their simple solution............. THEY PUT BELLS ON MY DOOR!!!! it makes a lot of noise to wake them up if i open the door while walking outside. if you have someone that sleep in like the next door room, tell them to wake up if they hear bells at night! and remember to sleep with your door closed so if you open it when you are sleep walking it will make a loud noise!
hope i helped!!!
