Is cheek biting a form of OCD?!

Question: Is cheek biting a form of OCD?
I gnaw furiously on the inside of my cheeks all the time. Sometimes I even find myself moving my cheeks with my hands to get a better angle to bite. I can't stop! I was just wondering if this is a form or trait of OCD. Thanks!

Answers:

The definition of OCD means thoughts and behaviors that are used to disclose anxiety and can be life involving. And one good way to know it is true OCD, is that the person performing the acts KNOWS that it is irrational...but they do it anyways.

No. Not the anxiety disorder.

It could be. Me and my aunt do the same thing.
